We are looking to recruit 2 Security Field Officers to take responsible for managing the delivery of multiple Security services to a cluster of sites within our contracts in Bangalore, design and enforce policies and procedures that protect our organization's computing infrastructure from all forms of security breaches. You will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities and working with our department to resolve them.

Security Field Officer Job description:
Field officer shall be responsible for particular tasks related to the selection of the beneficiaries, monitoring activities, Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel, Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. communication with counterparts involved in the project in the project preparation, implementation and evaluation in accordance with the existing regulation. Involvement into the project site monitoring, and regular reporting to the Project Coordinator / Operation Managers and Management heads.

Duties:
• Beneficiary selection and recruiting all Security Guards, Supervisor, Lady Guards, Security Intelligence, Security officers.
• Providing Manpower and training the unskilled Guards
• Candidates 24/7.
• Briefing on weekly wise.
• Resolving the shortages within a given deadline.
• Fulfilling the Facility and Operation Managers cum client’s requirements.
• Trouble shooting in any risk, Immediate responses.
• Field work in edge to edge of our sites.
• Monitoring project components with the special focus on supported income generating activities.
• Project activity reporting and documenting by co ordinating with Back office staffs.

Role Responsibility
• Ensuring outstanding service delivery at all times and exceeding all PIFS targets.
• Fully responsible for the implementation and adherence to all legislative requirements.
• Maximise the profitability of the contract and manage costs effectively.
• Act as the operational interface between the client(s) and the Operation Manager/Director
• Manage the onsite client and Paradigm services and teams to deliver the agreed SLA and standards, acting as Paradigm primary representative on sites.
• Ensure the statutory requirements and company policies and procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Build long-term relationships with client(s) that add value and are based on mutual trust
• Lead, develop, manage and motivate a high performing team to the agreed standards ensuring that the client receives services of the highest quality
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement of people, systems, processes and services
• Support the business development and management teams to identifying opportunities with other clients to maximise profit and growth
• Services are delivered to the required level across all service portfolio, service excellence as standard, Man sourcing.
• Operations are delivered in compliance to the contract
• Safety, Health and Environment compliance in all activities
• Services delivered within budgets and savings achieved, innovations and initiative appropriately captured.

The Ideal Candidate
• 3+ years experience of working within a Facilities Management environment with total responsibility for all Security Services, manages guards and security staff that protect a facility against theft and vandalism.
• Experience of working within an extremely high pressurised dynamic environment
• Strong financial and project management experience, planning, managing and controlling costs.
• Ability to interpret and utilise financial information
• Manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities
• Positive approach to learning in role and identifying own training needs as appropriate
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment
• Experience of delivering training
• Ability to travel when required
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office
• People management experience
• Excellent communication skills
Requirements:
• Lifting, Surveillance Skills, Deals with Uncertainty, Judgment, Objectivity, Dependability, Emotional Control, Integrity, Safety Management, Professionalism, Reporting Skills, Mobilizes manpower
• Educational level – Security Intelligence, must have experience working as a security officer, police officer, or military police officer, security systems and electronic monitoring systems.
• Previous experience in humanitarian organization with similar scope of work will be considered as an asset – Specially from the Security Facility background.
• Knowledge of English and Local language.
• Active driver status and possession of own vehicle is mandatory.
